Inspection and testing £395.00* • Visit site, inspect the mould affected area(s). • Undertake both a swab and air test plus a control test. • This is sent off to our partner lab for a full analysis • Produce a full report (pdf. format and generally provided within 3 working days. • Provide on site and follow up documented advice and leave a hygrometer to help prevention Inspection, mould removal, treatment and testing £895.00* • Visit site, inspect the mould affected area(s). • Undertake both a swab and air test plus a control test. • Protect areas around mould and remove/ clean mould with anti fungal cleaner • Remove protection and dry fog entire property with natural mould inhibitor • Vacuum all surfaces in affected area with Hepa filter vacuum cleaner • Apply mould inhibiting film to affected areas • Undertake ‘after’ treatment air test • This is sent off to our partner lab for a full analysis • Produce a full report (pdf. format and generally provided within 3 working days. • Provide on site and follow up documented advice and leave a hygrometer to help prevention Inspection, mould removal, treatment & testing plus 12 months monitoring £1195.00* • Visit site, inspect the mould affected area(s). • Undertake both a swab and air test plus a control test. • Protect areas around mould and remove/ clean mould with anti fungal cleaner • Remove protection and dry fog entire property with natural mould inhibitor • Vacuum all surfaces in affected area with Hepa filter vacuum cleaner • Apply mould inhibiting film to affected areas • Undertake ‘after’ treatment air test • This is sent off to our partner lab for a full analysis • Produce a full report (pdf. format and generally provided within 3 working days. • Install smart hygrometer and hub (needs to plug into occupier’s router) • Hygrometer will alert if humidity raises above 60%, the device will store 2 years of data monitoring the humidity, helping identify route causes that may be hidden. • Provide on site and follow up documented advice • Free retesting if mould issues arise for 12 months * Please note, this is base on up to 2 locations of mould less (less than 1sqm in total) and a house size no larger than a 3 bedrooms.
